Brian Luebke
Vice President
Brian’s leadership builds on ATS’ legacy of innovative, forward-thinking strategies and ensuring long-term success. He has guided ATS to dismantle productivity barriers and improve throughput across all departments for customers by leveraging the company’s in-house design capabilities and their use of the latest solid modeling technology. Brian champions customer-focused service, ensuring ATS is not only an equipment/service provider, but a dedicated partner in customer success. When Brian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children in Wisconsin’s Northwoods, watching Packers games, playing golf and trying his hand at home improvement projects.
Mitchell Ruesch
Program Manager – Foundry Division
Mitchell’s background in the engineering & production of large foundry equipment brings design and build expertise to his role as ATS’ Foundry Division Program Manager. From relationship-building and conceptual design to proposal and final system support, Mitchell is dedicated to delivering a seamless and responsive experience. He leads a team of skilled craftspeople to enhance customers’ experience by improving the speed and quality of their casting production. An avid outdoorsman, Mitchell can find something to do in any season, but he especially enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and camping alongside his friends and family.
George Lehl
Sales Lead & Program Manager – Tooling Division
George is a passionate and longtime member of the ATS team, dedicated to growing and serving the ATS customers. He began his career with ATS, moving through several roles in the manufacturing facility. In his current role as Sales Lead & Program Manager, George drives the Tooling Division sales and Program Management team in pursuing and maintaining ATS’ very high customer satisfaction standards from initial request through delivery of each project. George is a proud husband and father of two girls, as well as a talented golfer and drummer.
Troy Behnke
Operations Manager
Troy began his career at ATS as a journeyman mold-maker. He has worked in many roles within the company, including managing the sales team. Today as our Operations Manager, he oversees machining, fabrication, assembly and shipping. His background gives him a comprehensive understanding of ATS and an eye for detail. Troy’s hands-on approach and dedication to the latest methods & technologies keeps ATS at the forefront of our craft and enhances customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Troy is an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast who enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching Wisconsin sports—all with his family and friends.
